What an achievement – from street child to the best University in Africa, The University of Cape Town!

One of the partner charities of Meeting Needs – Street Children Iringa – has just celebrated a massive milestone with Gosberth becoming their first youngster to make the leap to a university education.

Street Children Iringa is a safe house operation that takes homeless kids off the streets of Tanzania and provides them with direction and accommodation. CEO and founder Letty McMaster, who started the project when aged just 18, said: “We are so incredibly proud of him and so excited for his next chapter. He was so excited about his first flight! We are so grateful for everyone’s support over the last 10 years which has allowed Gosberth to get this far.”

In recent years, Meeting Needs has assisted Street Children Iringa with a number of grants. Any donations towards Gosberth´s university studies can be made here: https://lnkd.in/ebzsMPXV
