As a Foundation Partner, you get to be a central part of the Events Industry charitable foundation and share in our growth story. Foundation Partners commit to making an annual donation to Meeting Needs and in return we can support your corporate CSR strategy. You and your teams will receive regular updates about the charities Meeting Needs supports thanks to your Foundation Partnership. You can also recommend charities that are close to your heart or get additional support from Meeting Needs for your own fundraising projects.

-Recieve a Foundation Partner welcome pack with a logo and social media posts

-Receive an invitation to our annual Thank You event for our industry supporters

-We can get a Meeting Needs Board Member to act as your Charity mentor

-We offer opportunities to feature in our newsletters and social media

-We re-share as much of your charity news and events via our social media channels as we can and link to you from our website

-We try to prioritise funding and match—funding applications for Charities supported by Foundation Partners (provided those charities match our funding criteria)

-We offer opportunities to join industry fundraisers for Meeting Needs such as Royal Parks Half Marathon, Prudential Ride London 100 etc.

Below is a list of our current Foundation Partners, if you’d like to join them apply today.

To become a Foundation Partner, you just need to register with us, share your logo and make an annual donation of £500. We offer a range of options for Foundation Partner membership so you can choose the method that is best for you.

-Make a £500 annual donation or a £125 quarterly donation to Meeting Needs. Pay by invoice or direct debit.

-Fundraise at least £500 through the Donate to Visit initiative.

-Ask your clients to round their invoices to the next pound and donate the proceeds to Meeting Needs. When you reach £500 you’ll be a Foundation Partner.

-Make a donation for every room night booked.

-Ask your clients to donate to Meeting Needs at point of registration for your events. See more about this option here.
